We know that creating your website has taken a lot of time, money and effort. Amexi is here to help keep your system and business safe - we are happy to present our IP Whitelist module. When installed a new section appears in the admin panel. All you need to do is add the IP addresses that are allowed access to your site's administrative panel.

Users trying to login from locations that are not allowed in the list will not even see the sign-in prompt, so they are unable to enter or make changes to the anything in your system.

Important information:

• you can only whitelist one IP address at a time. IP ranges are not supported.
• any users outside the allowed addresses cannot log in.
• the system supports static IP addresses only. People with a dynamic IP address will be locked out after instantly after creating the access rule.
• you can only use local LAN IP addresses (e.g. 192.168.x.x) if the system is installed on the local network, too.
